Drive or ride on the passenger side- This can help someone with their driving skills, but if you ride in the front seat then you will be motion less. Please be aware this may or may not work.
Try to find the horizon line- try to find a certain line that is distant that will help settle your stomach. Continue to glance at the line for a few minutes to make your stomach feel at ease.
Just relax- Adjust your seat to where you feel comfortable. Make sure you elevate yourself to where you do not feel nauseated. Just listen to a little soothing music. If you need to roll down a window.
Eat or Drink something- If you eat something light or drink either a ginger ale or some water then that will settle your stomach.
If you still feel sick then consult a doctor. Sometimes you may have to be put on a type of medication in order to help your stomach.
