House under umbrella
Are you knowledgeable about the coverage of your home insurance policy? Some property owners are not aware on what all is covered in their policy. Some policy holders make assumptions about using their home insurance on damages that occurred. This could possibly not be true. Make sure you review every detail from your policy to make sure your fully covered.

Structural Coverage
The most important part of your home policy is the structural coverage. This part will cover the costs to rebuild or they can repair your home if their is an accident of any damages for example: hail, lighting, and fire.It also covers hurricanes, flooding and earthquakes.

Liability Insurance
A protection from lawsuits and it also pays for the legality just in case  if someone gets hurt on your premises. For example if you have a trampoline and a child came over and started jumping on it and the child fell off and broke their arm then that can be considered a civil lawsuit. Some of the policies start at 10,000 dollars but you can increase it if possible.

Protection for your valuables
Your home insurance policies also covers this part as well. Almost 70 percent of your structured insurance covers your belongings. If this does not suit you then you may want to get additional policies to cover  your valuables.
